My i recently dropped my lens (not the actual camera) of my Nikon D300. The lens is called
" AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm". The lens will go on the camera, but it doesn't stay well.It doesn't look like anything is missing or broken off but i guess there has to be! I wanna try to compare my lens with someone elses, so if you have this lens, could you please email me at reganwingo@ymail.com? i just need a picture of the lens from both ends please.thank you thank you thank you

Is there a problem with my nikkor lens?
I just bought a new Nikkor 35mm f.18 lens.Is the focus ring supposed to turn forever, or it supposed to stop? I can keep turning mine with no stop to it.

Camera experts gather here?
Ok so I have a nice Nikon Af N2020 film camera and my father recently gave it to me. Well just now when we opened the battery compartment and cleaned out the dust and replaced the AAA bateries with new ones, the red LED indicator lamp started flashing, about 15 times. What does it mean and how do I fix this?

Nikon d3100 & nikkor 18-200mm good for indoor equine sports?
I'm moving on from my Pentax X90, which is bad for indoor sports and general horse shots.
I'm completely new to photography and have no idea which camera or lens is good for indoor/outdoor and general shots of horses.
For sport you use high ISO (am I correct here?)
I've picked up that the nikon d3100 and nikkor 18-200 go well together. But i've also read that a 'tele lens' is fantastic for indoor? and i've looked and there incredibly pricey.
any help? :) thanks!

What Brand of Digital cameras Are The Best?
For zoom, quality, and durability. From 90-160$ No photographer cameras, I mean just nice plane digital cameras. I got a Nikon for Christmas and 6 months later it broke. I don't want another Nikon. I just really like taking pictures please help.

What camera should I replace my Nikon D90 with?
My Nikon D90 was recently stolen, along with AF-S DX 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR II lens. I should be getting between £1, 000 - £1, 200 from the insurance company to spend on a new camera. Would you recommend replacing it with the same model, or would you perhaps buy something else?

Just to clarify, they're sending me Jessops vouchers for a currently undisclosed amount, although the chap at Jessops did have to get back in touch with the insurance company as they hadn't requested enough vouchers to cover the cost of replacement. I'm still waiting to hear back from either of them to confirm just what the amount will be.

Is a minolta maxxum 2800 af flash compatible with a nikon d40?
If so, how do i get it to act as my main flash? are there certain settings i need to use? I don't have remotes for it nor do i have any studio lighting.
