I am purchasing a macro filter for my Nikon d5100 with 18-55mm lens. Also this is like the 3rd question Ive asked about these filters and I appreciate everyone's feedback! I hope to soon save up enough for a good macro lens. :) As for now these filters will have to do.

I just need to know how to work aperture on my camera, and how to do big and small aperture. I have a Aperture setting but I still dont know how to work it and what type of subject would be good to capture it.
Also is depth of field the same thing, or is there a difference? It involves small and large depth of field, so just wondering if it is the same thing or not.

How to clear up the memory buffer on my nikon D60?
My Nikon D60 froze up on me last night and it won't autofocus because of the memory buffer being almost full. I know i can't actually do it myself (no such action on the camera exists) but what should i do to get it back to normal? Can it get back to normal?
I tried changing settings, changing lenses, reseting it and nothing has changed.

Difference between 2 Nikon AF Lenses?
Nikon 35-70mm 3.3-4.5 autofocus lens and Nikon 28-100mm 3.5-5.6 autofocus lens.
I'm getting the Nikon D70 with one of the two lenses but I don't know the difference.
Does the 35-75mm compared to the 28-100mm lens give a smaller range of focal points? So in that case the 28-100 would be better?
And what does 3.3-4.5 mean and whats the difference between that and 3.5-5.6? Is it the f-stops, how wide the opening of the lens can go to to get more light into the photos?
Which is the better of the two? I am a beginner photographer so don't need anything fancy. These lenses are just what come in either package I might be buying the D70 with.

I've just bought my first dslr - nikon d3100. I'm pretty familiar with all the features in the camera body but I am don't know much about the lenses. I like taking macro photos and the question is: Is it a good idea to buy these

Nikon d3200 shutter button help?
I am getting a Nikon d3200 camera for christmas and I was playing with one on display at Best Buy. Whenever I pressed the shutter button the camera would not take a picture unless I held it down. I asked the lady if you had to hold the shutter button down every time you take a picture and she said yes unless you have a remote for the camera.Is this true? Please answer!
