Can I put an SLR lens on a DSLR camera? - 1

I have an old SLR camera, with a Sigma lens that does macro, and a Nikon 5200 DSLR. Can I put my SLR lens on the Nikon?
Added (1). The camera itself is a ZX-50 Pentax, and the lens is a 70-300mm Sigma

Whats the deference betweens theese DSLR camera lences?

I m planing to buy nikon D5300 in next month. It comes with two different lences, I like to know what will be best for me. (I don t know much more about DSLR cameras)

The lences are,
01). 18-55mm Lens
02). 18-140mm Lens

Mostly I need theese things properly.

01). Capture things moving 100Kmph+
02). Capture things at night. (Photos must be clear if i capture photo at night, using only flasher)
03). Focusing (I need to focus ONLY tha target and defocus the background)
04). Zooming (If I captured a image using maximum Zoom, the image must be clear)

Thanks!

What camera should a noob like me get?

SHORT VERSION:
I m willing to try any of the following:
- Pentax Q-S1
- Canon EOS1100D
- Nikon D3200

I m mostly in to taking:
- Macro shots
- Landscape
- Portrait

Note:
- Limited choices are due to my budget limit
- I would like to start taking nice raw photos via Manual settings

LONG VERSION:

To start off, I wanted to take awesome shots. I just take photos from my phone (Sony Xperia Z1 then the Z3+. I even considered getting a DSC-QX100 before but the cost is too much for me!) so, going back, I started to feel like it s not enough. Don t get me wrong though, I ve gotten compliments for the photos I take. As I progress, I felt the need to step it up a bit. (i honestly do not prefer a digicam)

I ve always wanted to get myself an entry level DSLR, but I prefer something within the budget. I saw the Pentax Q-S1 (I know, it s not a dslr, BUT IT S CUTE!) and have seen and read good photos and reviews about it (I m considering it because of its interchangeable lens and quality. Im literally a noob, so I cant really base this on specs)

On the other hand, I was able to have seen some DSLRs which levels within my budget: Canon EOS1100D and Nikon D3200. (As much as I wanted to get a Canon 100D, it s over my budget. And I m a girl, so, I m kind of into the smaller stuff)

I just wanted to start appreciating my raw photos as is, basically.

I would appreciate any insight:)
