When is Nikon d4 upgrade coming out?

I really want a D4, but it's out of my range by about £600 pounds. The price won't drop much if a newer D4x/s comes out but it will still be enough… any ideas when the upgrade comes/will an upgrade come?

Signs of a damaged camera mirror?

Ok I cleaned my dslr mirror with a special pen provided by nikon which supposedly is suppose to clean my mirror properly. However, my friends told me that I must NEVER touch the mirror.So I went home to check out my camera and looked through the viewfinder and luckily, didn't see any scratches or smudges. However im afraid I have damaged my mirror somehow. Can someone tell me what are ways and the signs and symptoms I can use to identify damage on my dslr mirror

Shooting Video with Nikon D5100 and Sigma DC 18-200mm 1:3.5-6.3 HSM? - 1

Hi i'm looking to shoot video with my nikon camera, and sigma lens. But i am struggling to focus the camera it doesn't seem to focus at all when filming.and the focus is always red.could this be because of my lens? I also try to take photos in live view… and they never focus and again the focus is red… Does anyone know the settings that will work? I have been searching but most say what i already doing :(

is the lens the problem or the camera?

Can i use Nikon AF 50mm f/1.8D Lens on Nikon D5100?

As we know Af lens don't have autofocus, it depends on DSLR body but D5100 didn't have autofocus motor.So, it is possible to use Af lens on D5100.
Will it be really to tough to focus manually.
My budget is tight, that's why i am going for AF not AF-S.

How to identify damage on my dslr mirror?

Im being paranoid here. I read about cameras having coating on their mirrors and that touching the mirror would cause permanent damage.So how do I go about identifying any damage to my mirror. Wheb I look through the viewfinder, it's clear and theres no smudge or scratches. But how can I identify hidden damages??? Btw, im using nikon d5200

Nikon SB700 on Nikon D5100 as Commander?

I have a D5100 and I know I cannot use it as commander, but the SB700 can act as commander if I mount it on the hot shoe. I plan to buy three manual Yongnuo as slaves, can the SB700 control it remotely or not?
