So I'm a sophomore girl in high school and I've wanted to make youtube videos for a really long time, and now that I have a decent camera (Nikon D5100), I'm determined to start my channel. However, I have no clue where to start.
I want my channel to mainly be vloggy type videos as well as videos stating my opinion on certain topics/movies/books/internet stuff, etc. I've recorded so many introductory videos just introducing myself but I look so awkward in all of them and I don't know what to say about myself to make a viewer come back to see more.
I would love to make an opinionated video as my first video, but I'm scared that it'll seem like I'm hating on whatever topic I talk about and it won't make people subscribe and continue watching my content. Any suggestions?

Nikon D3200 shutter help?!
With my Nikon D3200, 18-55mm lens, when I increase the shutter speed (I had it at 1/4000) and take a picture, the picture is very dark. I don't know a whole lot about cameras. Does anybody know what causes this and how I can fix it? It appears very much darker than the actual scene.

My Nikon D5300 battery will not charge, even over night. What am I doing wrong?
Had the camera for about a month. Took one photo shoot, I charged both batteries I got with it just fine the first time however now I can leave it on the charger all night and it still says low battery when I put it in my camera. The continues to blink.

Can you set the exposure mode on a Nikon 1 J2?
I got an adapter to attach some of my mums old lenses to my Nikon 1 J2, it fits really nicely but I can't take pictures with it unless I set the camera to manual. I know that on the V1 you go to menu/ exposure mode/ manual but on the J2 I can't seem to find it?

Is the Nikon d5300 hard to understand?
I have always loved photography but am just starting to really get into it and will soon be purchasing a dslr. The two main cameras I have been considering are the Nikon d5300 and the Canon t5i. It seems like the majority of reviews slightly recommend the Nikon over the Canon. However, one of the big things is that the Canon is much easier to learn on and to handle for more of a beginner. My question is if the Nikon is that hard to learn on? If I bought a manual that teaches me how to use it will it be that hard to use and to learn on? Also, if anyone has any personal recommendations between these two cameras or other similar ones please let me know as well. Thank you!
