Want a new lens for my nikon d3200?

I want to buy the 50mm 1.4 but it's a bit expensive. The 50mm 1.8 is much cheaper and I was wondering if It was worth it to get the 1.4? Used I can get the 1.4 for 280 dollars. The 1.8 new is about 100 I believe. If you need any more info just ask

How to get rule of thirds on Nikon D3200 LCD?

There must be a setting somewhere. When I put the LCD on, by default Nikon put a silly 16 box grid instead of a 9 box grid as required for the rule of thirds. Well, not required, but it would be helpful.Is it possible to get the 9 box grid on a Nikon D3200?

Camer (Nikon D5100) automatically changes shutter speed / aperture - even in manual=?

Hi, I have a Nikon D5100.In manual, I can change the shutter speed and aperture to my desired settings and get a good shot, but if I immediately want to take a shot after, using the same settings, I find the camera has changed the settings. Like shutter speed may have been set at 1/50 but jumped to 1/200 after the first shot. And these settings, changed by the camera, make the picture way underexposed or overexposed. Can i change the setting so the camera does not do this and so the settings stay how I want them?

Wildlife photography, some doubts?

Actually I wad thinking of buying a camera body Nikon d800 or mark iii, but I am too confused, gone through many reviews but yet confused for the focusing speed of both the cameras but one thing is bugging me that nikon d800 would give me a good quality of hardcopy even after cropping but will i get the same using markiii. Which would be best in comparison "d800 or markiii".

Help needed regarding a camera i wanted to purchase?

I'm planning to buy a nikon d5200 along with the nikorr 18-55mm lens, the reason im going to buy a dslr is for the image quality and features it has due to the bigger sensor. But then there are camera's such as the samsung NX1000, sony nex-6 etc which have the same aps-c sized sensor fitted in them, so whats the point in carrying all that bulky dslr for when one can have the same image quality and features in a small camera??? Are both of those compact mirrorless camera's worth it? or should i buy my nikon d5200?

Which Lens Next? (Nikon)?

I've had a Nikon D5100 with a basic 18-55mm lens and am looking for a larger lens with more potential. The main camera use wil be for an A Level Photography course, but will also be used for long into the future. I want something that can do many different things in one, isn't too expensive, and will be able to use for a long time!

What camera is best to make youtube videos?

I have heard canon is and so is sony and also nikon are all great cameras for recording but which is the best out of those three. Like Joey Graceffa, Danisnotonfire,AmazingPhil etc..their videos come out great very clear and it rarely goes out of focus. If you know what cameras they use please tell me as I'm trying to become a youtuber myself and I don't want to make crappy videos btw DAN AND PHIL OMFG <3333333 *cough* yeah. ._. Thanks! ^.^

Fish Eye and Crop Factor help?

So I want to get a Fish Eye Lens to do some photography and I was talking to a guy about getting the right one for my camera. He talked about Crop Factor and Sensor Size and, well I have no idea what lens to get. I have a Nikon D3100 and the senor size is 23.1 X 15.4 mm. Whats a good size fish eye lens to get for this camera?
