A continuous self timer in the nikon d3000?

I was wondering if there was a self timer that shoots a picture for example each 2 sec. By itself? I have the nikon d3000. Please help me out:/ I have no idea!

Best tripod for nikon d3?

Hi everyone i am looking for a good tripod for nikon d3 that will have a nikon 105 lens and nikon 17-35 on it and my budget is $200.so please advice me with a good tripod and very sturdy something strong. What expense can I expect to pay to repair CF slot on Nikon D70?

It appears that at least one of the pins in the CF slot of my D70 has been damaged or bent, not allowing the memory card to seat correctly. I realize the camera has become outdated and my question is this: Is the repair of my D70 potentially going to cost more than it would be worth to invest in a new DSLR? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

How to change the video quality on my nikon d5000?

Im using the d5000 for a while now and I just love the image quality it delivers.
But when i look up nikon d5000 video test, I see video's with awesome video quality too.
But whenever i record video it comes out rather low quality and grainy.
I've look through the settings and the quality settings are on 720p but it still records grainy video's.
How can i change this?

Hello everyone! I'm planning to buy a Nikon D700, luckily my uncle is in Saudi Arabia right now. I want to know if it's cheaper to buy in KSA than USA. Somebody told me that it's cheaper in Saudi and I want to clarify if it's true. And I want to know the price range of Nikon D700 in Saudi Arabia if anyone can help me find it out. :p

How to tether my nikon d3000 to my laptop?

I have a nikon d3000 connected to my laptop. I can downloading images and so on from the camera to my computer, but i do alot of remote photography. How can i make it so that i can use my laptop like a view finder, and see what im actually taking a photo of. (this would be useful since i cant be both in front of and behind my camera at same time. Any free applications would be helpful
Added (1). As a responce to fhotoace, i know this, thats why im asking for any alternative. I dont have the money to go out and pay for some of these other third-party apps which do support what im talking about, this camera was a gift which is how i could afford it. Im looking for free alternatives.

Best lens for the Moon?

When I Try taking a photo of the moon it turns out small with a bright dot. It looks nothing like the moon so what would be the bet lens to take a clear crisp shot of it? I have the nikon d5100 with the 18-55mm lens

How to get $700 fast?

I need $700 for a new SLR camera, I'm trying to decide between the Canon EOS Rebel T3 and the Nikon D3100, opinions or ideas?

BUT, that is not the point of this question. How do I make $700 fast? I'm 13, I can't get a real job. I have no one to babysit for nor any dogs to walk. I can't make a lemonade stand, too cold nor can I shovel snow as there is no snow… I can't have a yard sale either. Ideas?

BUT, my mom said she will double whatever I get, so I only need to get $350:)

How to connect USB microphone to microphone jack on DSLR camera?

I'm buying a Nikon D5100 and I need a condenser mic along with it. Most of the cheaper mics with good sound quality are USB powered, and I was wondering if there was anyway to connect this to the microphone jack on the camera? Maybe special connection wire?
