What is the cause of the green spot in this photoraph (Arrowed)?

I am using a Nikon 55-200MM F/4-5.6 AF-S VR DX Black Lens with a Nikon 52Mm Filter Nc Neutral Colour, using the lens hood that came with the lens.
I do not want to remove the filter, but this could be the cause. It appears in all sorts of pics, usually just off centre. It is not a reflection of a signal light.
Is there a way to stop it happening?
It happens on two cameras too.

Which Lens should I use to record video on an Nikon D5000?

Hello! I have a Nikon D5000, and I was trying to shoot a video, but the video isn't very sharp and not very high quality… I have it setup to be 1280x720, and the ratio works, but it doesn't appear to be a crisp quality… Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong? Any settings I may have skipped over?

(I do have sufficient lighting, I belive!)

What's wrong with my Nikon D90? All my night pix have a glow in the upper left corner? - 1
Added (1). The glow remains, but is smaller, on shorter exposures, such as 1 second.

I'm a beginning photographer, is this Nikon Camera a good choice?

I like to take close ups, and I'm thinking about getting a Nikon D3300. They seem pretty good, and within my price range. Are they a good choice for beginning photographers? If not, what would you recommend? Thanks so much! :)
