Is the Nikon Super Zoom 8 a good movie film camera?

So I'm thinking of buying a Nikon Super Zoom 8 camera, but I don't really know much about them.Is it recommended for daily home use? What is stock? What kind of stock should I buy? What accessories should I buy with it? Is stock film? How can I convert the movie from film to digital, to upload to a computer? If you don't think it's a good camera please recommend me other super 8 film cameras. Thanks

Hi, i just bought a Nikon D3100 + 18mm- 52mm Vr lens, i want to know for take a closer pictures ( macro photography ) should i use Manual Focus or Auto focus? what will different in result?

Should I switch from Canon to Nikon?

I have about three canon lenses, an canon external flash, and a canon T2i body. I was wondering if i should sell all my equipment and switch to nikon.Is it worth it? I find that every nikon picture i see looks better than the canons. Tell me what you think.

What is the limit of flash firing voltage in Nikon DSLRs?

What is the limit of flash firing voltage in Nikon DSLRs? In old FMII type cameras, we used to use flashes with triggering voltage even as high as 250V. But DSLRs do not allow that. What is the safe limit for Nikon DSLRs? At some places I find it as 6V and in some other places it is written as 12V.

Is a Nikon AF DC 135mm-f/2D Lens worth it?

I am a photographer with my own small business where I take studio and outdoor portraits of families, babies etc. I am looking at purchasing a Nikon AF DC 135mm f/2 lens and was wondering if anyone has tried it and it is worth the money? I really want it but it is very expensive so I want to know for sure I am making the right choice.

How to get more contrast in photos without photoshop?

I have a Nikon D3100, and it's my first DSLR and I'm still learning how to use a lot of the functions. I know how ISO, shutter Speed, and aperture works, and how stops work for the most part. However I find a lot of the time my photos don't have as much contrast as I would like, and I find myself playing with the "levels" on photoshop to give it a bit more contrast.

How can I up the contrast of photos without having to open them up on photoshop?
