I want to be a photographer? - 1

Hi, I really really enjoy photography. I think it is so cool how one picture can express a million words. I am 14 years old and have taken a strong interest in photography. I have a Nikon D3100 with a 18-55mm lens and a 55-200mm lens. I am going to be taking a photography class in school next year because it is the first year it is offered. I am interested in pursuing photography as a career later in my life. Maybe a photo journalist? Any tips, careers, anything would be helpful. Anything that I could start to help put me on that path? Can i take picture about my personal events on the flight?

Hi, i have a trip with my wife from tehran to dubai and after than to kuala lumpur.
i want to know is it possible to take some pictures and films from our personal event on this trip in the flight? our airline is emirates… i can see many clips in youtube from emirates flights…

What can easily damage Nikon SLR Lens?

I am a paid photographer in the church where I worship. We are Four in our department. And I am the most experience which gave me the opportunity to always buy our cameras {all Nikon products} For some time now we have been having problem with regards the Lens I bought. They always get bad before the period of warranty our supplier usually gave us [6 months]. And my colleagues always denied that they just get bad on it's own. And My supplier is saying that they got damage because of lack of proper care.So What could be the causes of the damages of our Lens?

What's the problem with the battery/shutter? Nikon D3100?

(1) My Nikon D3100, on the first day of having it, after a few photos, just froze. After I pulled out the battery it started working again. I thought it doesn't matter, but once in a while it still does that and it's annoying. I think it's something with the battery, but how should I fix it?
(2) Sometimes when I point, after the auto-focus noise, when it should let me shoot, it doesn't, and I have to point a few more times, maybe even change the focus, for it to work. What is there to do?

Thank you in advance.It's in warranty, I could send it if it's serious, but I don't want to stay a lot of time without it.
Added (1). (2) It's not a light problem as far as I know, because when this occurs, the auto-focus is already fixed, it isn't searching for it any more.

How to fix flash in Nikon D60?

My Nikon D60 has a big problem - the flash doesn't pop up any more, it's stuck. I can't use any Manual mode because the flash works automatically in those and just flashes inside the camera, without popping up. What can I do? Is it worth sending it back to Nikon, since it has no warranty and I already sent it once with another problem, paid a lot, and a few months later this happened.
Added (1). It's probably something with the mechanism, it just doesn't pop up, even when it should, even if I press the button.can't anyone but Nikon fix it?

What's The Diff. Between AF-S (Nikon) EF-S (Canon)?

I Know That The AF-S Let The Camera AutoFocus Like D3100 Deosn't Have Built In Motor. EF-S I Saw Some One Saying (EF-S lenses will physicaly damage Canon's full frame or APS-H cameras if one mounts them on those,). What Does That Mean ?

What would be a good dlsr for photography?

Hi I'm 15 and love out side and animal/ birds photography I have a good idea on cameras and love it, I was hoping to buy a new camera soon for around 800 not shore tho if there is anything good for that price.
