Nikon d5500, d3300, or d5300?

best image quality? FUll frame, crop sensor? Please I'm looking for just an answer. Not a lecture on how if I am right to be a photographer or not. Or how I'm stupid. Just trying to learn. And if its "up to me." I want to hear what YOU think.

Is it possible to use an external screen to monitor the video on my Nikon D3300?

i have a nikon d3300 but when i'm recording myself i can't see if i'm in focus or even in the frame.
is there an external screen of some sort that i could use so i could point the camera towards myself and see what the camera sees?
