Can I use 2 (AA) Energizer rechargeable batteries for my Nikon L28?

I just bought a Nikon CoolPx L28 and it says: Applicable Batteries to use are: 2 LR6/L40 (AA-size) Alkalina batteries or 2 FR6/L91 (AA-size) Lithium batteries or 2 EN-MH2 rechargeable Ni-MH (nickel metal hydride) batteries.

I have 2 (AA-size) Energizer rechargeable batteries NH15 1.2v NIMH-HR6 nickel metal hydride 1400 mAh.

My question is, can I use the ones I already have listed above? I bought another camera about a year ago and I "THINK" (not sure) that using the wrong type of batteries in it, may have did some kind of internal damage. I just bought this one new and would like to know what I can use with out having to buy another one again any time soon. Thanks! Please only serious answers. :)

How to take HDR pictures manually with Nikon D40X?

… and then how do I edit it on GIMP? And… no I cannot get other softwares. I am poor and cannot afford softwares that I gotta pay for. :) Helps are appreciated.

Any Thoughts On Buying A NIKON D5000. 14 y/o?

So, Im planning on getting a Nikon D5000 and im pretty much focusing on the Pic Resolution ..And Im not planning on taking Videos That much but still i want a decent video .. Picture good for Night/Day umm..Idk Just a decent entry level camera .. and just because im 14 … i dont wanna get comments like saying "brat With a nikon .. ill have you know i became a school photographer ..So i dont want to get criticized. Hi, I'm a vlogger/youtuber. I'm sick of using my other crappy camera and I'm looking for an upgrade. I want a camera which will blur my background (preferably) shoot in HD video, and have quite a large shooting area. The storage needs to be compatible with my computer.

What are the best options for the lowest price? I saw the Nikon D3100, what do you think? Will I need an external microphone?

Will Nikon FA Matrix Metering work with Tamron Lense?

Hello,

My father gave me his old Nikon FA to play with.It came with a Tamron SP 35-210mm lens. I'm wondering if the FA's "matrix metering" will work with this lens, or if I should always/only use "center weighted" metering when using the Tamron.

Nikon D5100 with AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8D for Portrait Photography?

I want to buy a lens for portrait photography and was thinking to get a 50mm prime.Is it a good idea to get a D lens? what possible problems can occur? i know this lens won't auto focus on my camera.
