Nikon D3200 Lens? Portraits/Sports/Nigh Shots?

First off, I'm very new… I don't know a lot about photography…

I just bought a Nikon D3200 with NIKKOR 18 - 55mm VR lens that came with it in it packaging.

i was wondering if anyone could recommend better lens'…

preferably a lens that work well for portraits, night shots and also sports (fast paced) photos… That's at $0 - $300 price range

please recommend a lens for each category,,, or if theirs a lens that works well for the 3 things I'm asking for, please give me a detailed description of it or a link… Thanks.

Where is the cheapest retailer I can get Nikon lenses?

Hi guys, I have a l smaller budget for buying lenses and i have been gawking at the nikon 18-300. Yes I know the 18-300 is very expensive but i figure from reviews i have heard that it is so great that they never even have to change lenses! I may be able to settle for a 55-200 or 55-300 but i still want to get a great deal on them. By the way, how what do you think of the 18-300 on a Nikon D3200?

Why is my Kodak EasyShare camera suddenly taking pictures in green?

Kodak EasyShare Z1285 - I have had it for more than 5 years with no problems. A few days ago the coloration of the photos it takes have a green hue. For instance the blue sky looks turquoise. Indoor photos look yellow/green. The camera does not have a green coloration setting, so is there anyone that understands what is going on with the camera?
Aside from the idea that it might be time for a new camera…

Thank you

First time sports photography this weekend. Speed boat Racing?

Im new to sports photography. I familiar with all aspects of my camera that i am aware of. I shoot only in Raw and on manual. Sometimes i use Shutter priority or aperture priority. I have taken moon shots, nature/animal photography, weddings ect.

A friend has hired me to go to The 3rd annual event for the us title series for boat racing. They understood this is my first time in sports photography so we made a deal. He pays for my hotel all weekend and price of meals and I learn something new. Works out for the best of us.

Im using a Nikon D3000. For this event ill be using a TAMRON AF 70-300MM 1:4-5.6 Tele Macro (1:2) Lens. I know for boat racing i dont wanna use to much of a fast shutter speed because i want some blur for the water and to show motion. I can tweak that as im taking pictures. Its going to be a Bight sunny day according to Florida's weather channel ( lol ). I was wondering if anyone can help me with a General idea of a few things

1- A Base Shutter Speed ( i can adjust it as im taking pictures to go for the look im looking for)
2- Iso ( should i use 100 or a higher iso for the shutter speed i want)
3- F-Stop
4- Focus mode im going to use a Continues unless someone else has a suggestion
5- Focus Area Mode - (should i use centered since most of my pictures are gonna be of boats in the center of my screen?)
6- Metering - Not sure about this. Should i use the whole screen? Pin point or centered

Nikon eye-fy upload?

I have a nikon cool pix camera with eye-fi/wi-fi capability. I was on campus earlier and was able to connect to my tablet from my camera. I've uploaded pictures this way a few times before. I'm trying to turn on my camera wifi now but it won't let me. I enabled the eye fi but now I can see the wifi selection but can't select it. I've had this problem before but it seems to work in other places. I'm confused to as why the wifi option is available in some places but not at home. There is Internet here. I've used it in places without Internet though.
