How to make my photos look like this?

I am a very amateur photographer, but i am going to Germany in a few months and i'd really like to know how to get this look.

Is it just taking the picture and editing in on the computer? Or can I make it look like this just by taking it?

I have a Nikon D5100, if anyone has any advice.

Which dslr is best for video stuff!(sony a58 vs nikon d5200)(25pvs 24p)?

i checked out both.sony has faster and continues af so i liked it, but it only has 25p and 50i,while nikon has 24p,30p and 60p,so is 24p important or i can live without it?

I am planning to upgrade to nikon D610?

I hve a 50mm f/1.8mm and a old 18-55 f/3.5 kit lens from my D3000, which ;ens sud i go for next?
i usually do candid wedding photography,product n a bit of street photography.
budget is a concern.coz i dont want to invest too much as off now. As photography is just a hobby/part time occupation
please recoment some good lens and added accessories

Why wont my Nikon DX Nikkor won't start or charge?

So I was sitting yesterday editing some pictures from Rome when my younger brother said he wanted to see the pictures. Thinking nothing about it I pulled out the USB cable connecting the camera to the computer.

Now it wont charge or even start and I've got 4 more days in Rome to photo.
Can anyone help me?
