What type of film should I use for a Nikon FM2 50mm 1.4?

I'm a little confused about what type of film I would need for this camera. If my lens is a 50mm, does my roll of film need to be 50mm? If someone could either link me to the film I need to buy or give me the name of one, that would be so helpful! Thanks!

Nikon 35mm vs 50mm lens help?

I have a Nikon D7000. I'm looking to buy a Nikon 35mm f/1.8G ED lens, maybe the 1.4G, however, since my camera is not full frame, it'll end up being more of a 50mm. What lens can I buy that will properly convey the 35mm look on my camera?
