Can you upload pics to computer with the Nikon D7100?

i have a D7100 with a wu 1a adapter, i do not know how or if i can upload pics from my camera to my desktop

What settings do I need for Inside a church on my nikkor 17-55 lens?

I just bought this lens with my d7000 and was hoping to take indoor pics without flash.
My settings seems to be off bcuz the shutter seems to be too slow and there's motion blur.
When I increase shutter the pics seems to be dark…I then blast up the iso and its still not bright enough.

Any advice?

So I've got the taking pictures and downloading them to the computer an programs that can with the nikon d3200, but now I wanna know the best beginner photoshop to use, how to organize, where to print and well everything after you get a camera. Wring lens attachable?

I bought this lens attachment

for my nikon d5000 camera, but i forgot to check if it was the correct size. So when i got it, i noticed the macro lens does not fit but the wide angle lens by itself does. The problem is that without the macro lens the attachment looks blurry without it. Is there a way i can make it fit or can i get another macro lens that can makes it work?
