My Nikon D 3200 gives dark pictures. I hate using bigger flash on it. My D 40 was better?

Is there anyway I can get clear picture in my D 3200. I take pictures in the auto position. I wait for focus ready. Still I get slightly darker pictures.My D 40 has no problem like this.Is there any solution?

How to fix my camera lens?

I have a Nikon and i was using it earlier.it dropped and the lens fell of the actual body of it. There were two pieces that had broken off and when i tried to put the lens back on, it stayed but not for long.the parts that had fallen off were from the part that locks it together.they were tiny pieces and i tried to put them back on with super glue but it wouldn't hold. I'm not sure how to fix this problem. The camera works but only if you hold it a certain way, otherwise it sens "connect a lens" or something like that.
Added (1). The lens itself it fine and clean, it takes perfect pictures.but is there a way i could get the missing pieces back onto it?

Which speedlight to get?

I currently own a nikon d3000. I do child and family photography (natural light), but have been asked to do a wedding for a friend this summer and will definitely be needing a speedlight for better photos in the church and at night during the reception. I'm learning, but know very little about speed lights at this time and I'm not really sure what to get. Does anyone have a recommendation?

As a starter camera I've fallen in love with the Nikon D40 and I'm ready to go out and buy it - but I want some opinions first.
Is it a good starter camera? Cons and pros? Person opinions? Etc…

DSLR Camera Lens Help? (NIKON)?

I am using Nikon D3100 with Lens 18-55mm VR. I want to buy a new lens I was thinking to go for 70-300mm VR.
Would it be a good decision or I should go for some other lens?
And what are sigma lenses?
Are they worth buying? Do they effect the image quality, focus, zoom etc as compared to the original lenses?

Now to change wallpaper Nikon D40?

Bought my Nikon D40 from a friend as a starter camera, didn't come with booklet.
Read up on the settings, controls, etc.online but couldn't find how to change the wallpaper.

This is annoying, please help.
Added (1). There's a wallpaper, just like computers and cellphones.In the background.It's a picture of the friend who sold me the camera. She doesn't remember how to change it though.

No, I'm not talking about the image previewing.

Look it up. Every site that discusses the Nikon D40 features has mentioned this but hasn't given me the option to change it.

It's ridiculous and reduces image setting display size.

I don't need anyone to tell me that there's no such thing, because there is. And if you aren't familiar with this camera don't give useless answers.

Tips on shooting a first time wedding?

A good friend of mine likes my model photography and asked me to do her wedding. I told her yes, I really want to be confident while doing this. I have five months til the wedding. But my biggest concern is dealing with a new camera. I'll be getting the Nikon D3200 or 5200. (transitioning from Canon.) and also, low light is my biggest downfall.

Please as many tips as possible! Also any essential equipment I might need with me. Bare minimal, at least.
