I need some serious help?

I have a Nikon D3100, and am looking at getting a speed light or two. I have heard good things about the SB-600, but I have also read that it doesn't allow you to use your flash as a commander? I am planning on getting wireless triggers for it. Would it even matter that I cant use it as a commander if I have the triggers? I am VERY inexperienced with flash, and I really need help. I would like to get a fairly descent flash or two because I have a few weddings in the next couple months. I have told them my concerns about low light, and they still want me to be their photographer. So, I would just like to get a descent flash before then, and understand at least the basics. At the very least, I just need to know how to bring in a bit of light to the room. So, would the SB-600 be a good option? I do believe that I would like off camera flash, that is why I will get triggers. So, with the triggers, everything should work out good?

Rifle scope decision, Millett vs Nikon?

I am looking for a scope for my husband and I am between these 2. He mentioned he wanted 6-25 and BDC. Whatever that is. And on the nikon what is difference between the BDC, FCD, FC, and NP options? Thank you!

I'm considering to upgrade From my DSLR camera?

I have a Nikon D3100 and was considering to buy a new camera in exchange but i do not have sufficient money to purchase a higher level DSLR so i was thinking to go with D3200 or D5100, What do you suggest?
i mean the D3100 does lack Kelvin White balance and i rotating LCD. I was looking for a camera that has the DOF option and the Off camera flash option.

Canon/Nikon Camera Rifle?

Ok, so I'm a pretty big photographer, and recently I've found some pictures and items like the ones pictured here of cameras with a stock and trigger like a rifle. The trigger actually works and takes the picture (i.e. You can see the wire on the top one) and the stock would help to steady the picture. I'm looking for something similar to one of these.
The top picture looks like an attachment for a regular camera which I can't find, and the bottom picture is a Fotosnaiper, an antique Russian camera that's no longer made or really sold.
I own a Canon Kiss Digital X, so it would be best if there was one for that, but I wouldn't mind upgrading cameras either.
A huge thanks to anyone who can help me outCanon Nikon Camera Rifle

How to get better lighting for better quality pictures?

Ok me and my friends started and run a car meet. We have been taking picture of the cars coming out with a d3000 and a cannon and other Nikon dslr that I forget which model.
However, we meet in a parking lot at night where the lighting is absolutely awful. We are wanting to set up a station to set up with some lighting and tripod and all that to get great pictures but no clue what equipment I need to get as I am not that experienced with photography right now. Prefer to spend as less as possible but need stuff that will last. Thanks in advance!
