What lenses fit the nikon D4?

I am getting a nikon D4 but i have no idea what type of lenses their are.im not sure if it s the same as canon like some cameras will fit EF but not EF-S lenses.what are the restrictions i any with the D4
Added (1). I used large zoom lenses on my canon like 400mm and 500mm etc.so preferably a nikon lens like that.it could also be a sigma lens with nikon fit
Added (2). I know what lens i want i just want to know if every nikon lens fits every nikon camera

Andrew: i dont care about cropped lenses thats good for the long shots i need with wildlife! i would like a full frame body for landscape shots though, i don't expect it to turn me into a photographer considering i already am one.i just need to know DO ALL NIKON LENSES FIT ALL NIKON CAMERAS?

Well I have tickets to a Smackdown house show & a RAW tv taping in November and i'm wondering what size camera I can take (to take photos only)

I know video cameras are prohibited/they'll get confiscated but I want to bring a camera like the size of a Nikon D80, a bit more professional since the last house show I went to my crappy digital camera got blurry pictures…

Has anyone had experience with this?

What camera setting should I use?

Hi Guy's,
I wont to take a sun set from the bottom of my street but what camera setting should i use i keep trying to get it perfect but at 16 i can not afford photoshop and i have a nikon d5100 with the 18-55 kit lens and a basic 70-300mm lens hope you can help me

Cheapest entry level dslr?

Do you know any very affordable dslr's? Like something below $400? Or atleast the cheapest canon or nikon dslr? Thanks :))

P.s. I'm obviuosly new to this. I wanna start photography and low budget film making :))

Can't decide between these cameras. NIKON vs CANON?

Here are the three cameras I am interested in:

I like #1 because it seems to be a great camera AND it comes in a bundle including a case and memory card (the camera is $169.99 alone). But I have never used Nikon & I am worried that picture quality will not measure up to the Canon brand.

And I just do not know how I would decide between #2 & #3. They are both the ELF models of the Canon but #3 is "ELF 130" and #2 "ELF 115 HS"..So #3 is the newer model?
And how much better is choice #3? (Assuming it is better by the $10 increase in price).
I do know that camera comes with Wi-Fi… but is that the only major difference?

Please help me pick and let me know any helpful info I should know when choosing a good point & shoot camera. Any links or personal use of these cameras will also be helpful for comparison.

Is autofocus always important?

I think that getting a Nikkor AF 50mm lens would be better than getting an AF-S one.
My camera doesnt have an autofocus motor.

I have a nikon camera but I feel weird carrying it around everywhere?

Hi! so I got a Full Nikon camera with zoom lens and everything. I really like talking pictures and i admit i'm not the best photographer. I really wanna get good and be known for like having my camera and talking good photos but I always feel kinda weird with it and taking pictures.Is it weird to be carrying it around everywhere and not having good photos? Also any tips on taking pictures would be awesome!

I have a Nikon D3100 which is a DX Format camera, i wanted to know if a Nikkor 50mm lens would work on it or any other DX camera? or i need to upgrade to an fx camera?

Which Nikon is best for a beginner photographer?

I'm looking to buy a new Nikon. I'm still deciding on my price range, but if there is a good one out there under $500 that would be awesome! I would like something with good quality and a fast shutter, as i plan on taking speed pictures. Also, can anyone give me the pros and cons of point and shoot vs. DSLR? So what camera do you have, why do you like it, and would you recommend it? And what would be the best one for me?
