Why is my Nikon D3200 Taking grainy pictures?

I recently purchased a Nikon D3200. I am shooting a short film and so far this has been the best camera I've used for film making (A major step up from a camcorder.) At first my D3200 kept taking great pictures, but slowly it started getting worst. On the second day my ISO setting didn't allow me to put it on auto ISO, and now about 1 day ago it started taking grainy pictures. What's going on? I checked the setting and even reset them. As for picture I took for my actors durring my short film, they we're grainy especially when it was really sunny and not one bit sunny outside. I need it to shoot some good pictures in broad daylight. What's going on?

(My ISO was at 100 when I shot pictures.)

Is the AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR a good lens?

I'm an amateur photographer and I'm interested in buying this lens. I have a Nikon D5100, and I want to upgrade from the 18-55mm lens that the camera came with. Does anyone have this lens? How well does it perform? Is it compatible with my D5100? I'm interested in taking more portraits, sports, and nature/landscape, is this a good lens for these subjects? Good lenses that work well with Nikon D5100?

I'm an amateur photographer, and I currently have the 18-55mm lens that came with my D5100 when I bought it. I'm interested in getting a new camera with a longer zoom, I was thinking 18-200mm so then I wouldn't have to change lenses as often. I'm interested in doing more portraits, landscape, and wildlife photography. If anyone could steer me in the direction of a lens that's good for these subjects, isn't super expensive, and works well with a D5100, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Best Nikon camera for low light?

I photograph bands playing in my hometown for the local newspaper, and currently I tend to borrow my dad's Nikon D7000 for shoots. I myself own a Nikon D3100, which in low light doesn't work well at all. I'm planning to save up for a new camera, but I wasn't sure which one would work well for the lack of light, any suggestions? Don't worry about price, I'll look through them all and see which one would work well for me, thank you for your help in advance!

Recommended lenses for the Nikon d3200?

I'm going to purchase the nikon d3200 and I am wondering if there is specific benefits to getting the 55-200mm lens instead of the 18-55mm lens. I will be using the camera for both stills and short video clips. Any other recommended lenses? Thanks!

Made a mistake buying Nikon D5200?

So I'm doing a school project and required a very good DSLR.

I rushed and bought a Nikon D5200 with the 18-55mm kit lens.

I did research after a couple days of owning it and found out that the Pentax K-30 takes much sharper images and has a much faster shutter speed.

Everything I heard that the K-30 beats the D5200 in every way.

Kinda wished I did the research and bought the Pentax K-30 instead of a D5200. $750 down the drain it seems.

Should I return it and get a K-30 or just keep it and accept the loss?
Added (1). Pentax K-30 has much less shutter lag I meant. My bad.

Why my Nikon SB800 speed light explodes during photo shoot?

I had a 3-day photo shoot, about 6 hours and 400 photos each day. I used 5 Duracell Ultra Advanced and an rechargeable external battery, everything was fine until the end of the third day, I switched to Duracell Quantum, after 10 shots I heard a "pop" and I saw the plastic melted a bit. I was able to turn the speed light on and off and see all the functions but the light is gone.

I'm not sure what happened. Was it battery issue or my speed light is over used? Also my speed light is about 10 years.

And can I have it repaired?

Looking for consumer DSLR camera w/ swivel flip screen. Any suggestions?
