Polaroid Camera: Buy or not?

I want to buy a camera and I'm 14, but I don't want it to be expensive. The polaroid fujifilm camera is inexpensive, and also seems like it does a good job. I don't have that many opportunities to take photos, but when I do, I would like a nice camera to be able to use. Compared to buying Canon or Nikon for £200, I can buy a polaroid camera for about £50/£60 which is amazing. I like that it prints on the wee rectangular bits of film so you can write on them and create memories. Many people have talked about them and said they are good for that sort of thing. The only doubts about them are 1. The film is really expensive 2. You can't choose to print the picture or not, which makes wasting film easier. 3. You can't post the pictures online or anything because you only have a solid copy of the photo.

Can you please give your opinion on whether they are worth buying for the amount of money I would spend on film. If you don't think I should buy this camera, can you please give alternative cameras that are good cameras but for a low price?

Why does my SD Sony card makes too many folders for saving photos from my camera?

I have a Nikon camera and when I copy photos from SD card the photos are in folders named Nikon 100, Nikon 101. If i cut the photos to the computer, the folder stays empty and no pictures are saved in that one and new ones are saved in new made folders… So right now i have folders from Nikon 100 to Nikon 120. Should i delete the old folders or?

Nikon 3100 pictures are coming out black?

I have previously asked this question before but I did not get the answer that I was looking for.
A couple of weeks ago I have started to face difficulties with my camera. When I went to go take a picture the picture came out black ( yes I have taken off the cap ). And my live view is also black. I have never dropped the camera before so i would love to know what is wrong with my camera. Thank you.
Added (1). Yes i have looked through the view finder it is not black what so ever.
but the pictures are still coming out black and that is what i don't understand.

Photographers: I need some tips for sky stars photography (night photography)?

I will take some photos tonight for "perseids".
I have a Nikon d90. I will use ISO 800 f/3.5, 30" and a tripod. I'll leave the city.
But, could you give some tips to get great photos? I'd really appreciate them.

How to turn self timer off on a Nikon d80? help this isn't my camera!

I was playing around with my dads camera just taking some selflies:) but all of sudden self timer came on and I'm not sure how I did it? Is there one button you can press to turn it on and off please help:) also I didn't go into the menu or anything so it must be one or two buttons? :)

Best zoom lense for Nikon D-90 for capturing the milky way?

I have a Nikon D-90 and I use a Tamron AF 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC lense. I shoot a lot of action sports shots (hockey) but I want to shoot the milky way and I was considering getting a longer zoom lense however I don't know what to get.plus budget wise the ones I liked are out of reach. What do you recommend.It seems everything I read suggests an aperture of 2.8. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.My current lense is almost 5 years old and I've probably shot over 50, 000 pictures of more with it so not sure how long it's going to last. Mine is an older model and the filter size is 72mm.

Nikon D3200, Sony a58 or something else for video and sport photography?

Alright so I've had a Sony a33 for the past two and a half years but yesterday it inexplicably and "unrepairably" died. Unfortunately I am due to leave for Sweden in 2 days and could not fathom going to such a spectacular country without a DSLR. This leaves me with the daunting task of choosing and purchasing a new camera in under 48 hours.
I use my DSLR to shoot everything; landscapes, sports, portraits, video, etc.but as an amateur videographer and sports enthusiast those aspects are the ones I care about the most (video ESPECIALLY). Today I purchased a Sony a58 without planning it just to have a camera but once I returned home with it (haven't unboxed it yet) I started having some doubts wondering if I should have purchased the Nikon D3200, or perhaps something completely different like a Canon T3i.
I have tried doing some research online but have yet to come across reliable information, as I am seeing many different opinions and contrasting ideas… Your input is welcome and VERY much appreciated.
