First DSLR Camera, suggestions on Nikon D3200?

I am thinking of purchasing a good quality SLR camera, what are people's views and comments on a Nikon D3200? Any similarly priced cameras that are better? Best price I have came across is £380. Would a 18-55mm lense be ok for general photos?

Traveling to Rome with Nikon D3100 - what type of wide angle lens should I take?

I have a standard DX 18-55mm and a 55-200mm lens for my 35mm camera. I would like to rent or purchase a wide angle lens for taking pictures inside cathedrals or other historical buildings. I like how the wide angle will make objects close up seem gigantic and objects at a distance look unusually small. Looking for suggestions to get this affect.

What type of Shutter Release works with a Nikon D3100?

I am looking to buy a shutter release for my Nikon. I know Nikon makes a few different types of wired shutter releases so I need to know which ones work with a D3100.

If they're all compatible with my camera, could someone explain why there are different types then?

Would like advice as its confusing out there model wise.

im after the best camera models from sony, canon, fuji, nikon in all three ranges

low end compacts

mid range compact

top end compact

bridge cameras (low, mid, top ranges each manufacturer)

NIKON D3200 BATTERY COVER PROBLEM?

Hi, I've had my d3200 for a few months now. And when i tried to open the battery cover just now, it became a bit loose.It used to spring towards the battery compartment, but now it doesnt.help?

I have a Nikon FE2 in need of seal replacement? - 1

The seals are gummy and have left their black residue on the mirror so I figured I should get it fixed soon. I refuse to do it on my own, so how much wi this run me at a camera shop?

How much can I sell a Nikon d70 for?
