Power problems with Nikon D80?

My father is having problems Nikon D80 camera. We had inserted the battery (fully charged) but the camera wont turn on. We have changed the batteries, press the reset button, but nothing worked, Please respond fast as you can and suggest solutions to this problem. Thank you.

UFO pictures? what is it?

Can I use a DSLR lens on an SLR?

My professor is requiring us to use a film slr for our basic photography class. Since I can't find anyone to borrow from, I'm thinking of buying a 2nd hand one online. Problem is they're still too expensive. I saw some people selling only the body.So I was thinking if it's okay to use my DSLR's lens on the SLR.

I have a Nikon D90. The lens I usually use is AF-S Nikkor 18-105 mm 1:3.5-5.6G ED

I only keep seeing this question in vice versa. I'm no photography expert. I just find it interesting. The body is cheaper than the whole package, so I wanted to know if it works using a DSLR lens. Thanks.
Added (1). I don't live in the US and we don't use ebay much. We have a site which is the same though. The people selling are locals so it's much easier to buy and ship.

DSLR, Mirrorless, Bridge Superzoom or Advanced Compact Camera?

I've been looking into DSLR cameras for a couple months now and cameras like the T3i, 60D, D3200, D5200, D7000 have been surfacing a lot.

I've since looked into superzooms like the Canon SX50 HS which has a 50x zoom (24-1200mm) and take pretty good pictures for only a 1/2.3" sensor.

I've also looked into cameras like the Sony RX100 with a 1" sensor. One of the highest praised compact cameras.

There's the option of the Sony NEX series as well.

I'm looking for phenomenal image quality but also a lot of versatility. For some reason I'm standoffish about Nikon's because I owned a T4i, even though I returned it, I like the lens selection from Canon and such. I've been looking at reviews of sensors on the dxp or whatever site that is and the D5200 scored an 84 compared to a 66 for the T3i, a 66 for the RX100, a 70 for the 60D, a 47 for the SX50 HS and an 81 for the D3200 but that is also shooting RAW. Help me decide!

Does anyone own a Nikon D3200 DSLR?

I'm looking at getting my first DSLR. I want a camera that is not too complicated or too expensive, but that takes good photos.

At the moment I am looking at the Nikon D3200.

Does anyone know what this camera is like?

Which entree level dslr?

Im comparing the
Nikon d3200
Nikon d5100
Pentax k-30
Nikon d5200.
This will be my first slr camera, and I will be shooting outside for the most part. I'm looking for a camera with good picture quality. Wich drew me towards the niko d5200 and d3200 due to their 24mp. I also liked the swivel display the nikon d5100 and d5200 offer. Another thing I like about the d5200 would be the many focus points. But what really drew me towards th e k-30 was the weather proofing and the 6 fps. What camera should I choose? What would be good for a beginner looking for a camera that I can progress with as I get more advanced? Thanks for reading this! Ohh. And with camera takes the clearest photos? And if you have any other slr suggestions under $600 that would be great!

Low light camera lens?

So I'm going to a few concerts and I was wonders what lens is good in low light? I've got the Nikon D3100 yesterday I brought the 55-200 VR lens.

As well as the low light lens I need one with a decent zoom because I'm not sitting right at the front.

How will i open the back cover of nikon fm2?

I already move the lever and pull upward the rewind knob the back cover still won't open.are there still other ways on how to open it?

I am looking at fisheye lens for a Nikon D5100. I found a Rokinon 8mm Fisheye Lens?

I am not sure if Rokinon is a good brand. I want a fisheye lens that does the full 180 degrees. I am not sure if all fisheye lens do the full 180 degrees, I am also not sure if 8mm is good. I am not sure how the numbers work, I do not know if the higher the number the better or the lower the umber the better.
