Ive spotted a large reptile near my area… Have you?

the woods… So large and seemingly empty of life but something more sinister lurks in its depths… People have many names for this beast from the east but i like to call him the protector of the forest. Where he treads the forest is bound to follow… So much charisma yet so intimidating. When you see him, do not panic, he smells fear, he feeds off it, when you see him, approach, tell him your reasons for being in the forest, make him believe you are here with good purpose, for one slip of the tongue means a swift death from his fiery breath. YES YOU HEARD CORRECTLY, this beast breaths fire, he has super sonic hearing and anaconda speed, if he hears you **** talking about the forest in your home thousands of miles away he will come at lightning speed and make you regret everything. He is the dragon. He is the bump in the night. This is not a question. This is a warning. Tread lightly, fellow humans, for the extinction event is about to occur. The picture shown below is my expert interpretation of an event on the streets of Nepal, this picture is a true event, not open for debate on it's integrity. The photo was shot with my nikon d3300, every gruesome detail is shown, if you are faint of heart, do not scroll down. Ive spotted a large reptile near my area Have you

Nikon sb-700 TTL does it work with diffuser on?

When i put the the standard box diffuser on my Nikon sb-700 flash, the zoom head position does not follow my len s focal length even when the flash it set on TTL mode. Once the diffuser is taken off the zoom head position syncs with the len s focal length again. Any one knows why this is so? Is the TTL not suppose to work with a diffuser?

Is Buying D7000 now (2015) a bad idea?

I've been using Nikon D3000 for a while now only with the kit lens (18-55mm). I want to buy a 50mm lens because I believe it will help the D3000 stink less when taking indoor shots.

However, when shopping around I came upon a D7000 clearance sale with price slashed to about 1/3. I know it's been discontinued and there's now D7200 but I have no money for that and I have seen images from D7000 in low light and was impressed.

Here are my options:
stick with D3000 and get, AF-S 50mm f1.8G and AF-S 55-200mm f4-5.6 ED (no VR)
OR
Buy D7000 and with (yet another) kit lens and add AF f1.8D and AF 55-300mm f4-5.6G.

I was told that the newer AF-S are sharper and have faster focusing. I'm really confused here. D3000 was fine for me but I struggle with it indoors and >ISO 800 has more noise than a rock concert.

Which of these is a better setup?
