Reliable mil-dot or MOA scopes?

I'm looking for one under $150. I know cheaper scopes are as reliable but if you have any suggestions that would be great. I would also like it to have mil-dots or Minutes of angle on the reticle. Thank you

How to take picture of someone with the sun in the background?

I have a Nikon D3200 and everytime I try to take a really good picture of someone with the sun somewhere in the picture, it always focuses on the sun and not the person and the person in the picture is dark. I've seen pictures online and by other photography businesses that have those types of pictures. Please! Please! Help me! I have a couple wanting their pictures taken sometime and I want to figure how to do that before the session. Thanks!

Best settings to capture movement of light in nightclub photography?

I have a Nikon D90 with the kit lens
and I was just wondering what the optimum settings for nightclub photography would be?
I want to be able to capture people in focus (frozen) but I also want to be able to capture the movement of the lights. I will be using manual mode
