Nikon d7000 pictures. HELP!

I went on vacation and took a looot of pictures with my Nikon D7000.As I was transfering them to my computer i noticed some of the pictures had like a grey strip on half of the picture and I can't fully see it .. I've tried viewing them with tons of different programs and i even tried transferring the pictures with view nx2.but some of them still have this weird grey strip covering half of the picture .. I really hope someone knows how to fix this .. I took 3870 pictures and I'm having problems viewing nearly half of them.i need help!

How to start out in photography?

Im 14 years old and I want to pursue photography as my career in life. I have a Nikon D5100. Ive had it for about three months and I think I take pretty good pictures.Im still pretty amateur. I want to be my schools photographer but a other girl is our photographer and she has the same camera as me. I personally think I take better pictures then her. How do I start going into this career?

I want to buy a dslr camera. I have 3 option for buying camera.
I like doing photography a much.

1. Nikon D5200 + nikon 18-55 mm + 35 mm prime
2. Canon eos 550d + Tamron 17-50 mm (f-2.8) + 50 mm prime
3. Sony alpha A57 + Tamron 17-50 mm (f-2.8) + 50 mm prime

Can you suggest me which combination is better to buy?

Laptop keeps telling me to Format SD Card?

Hello, i've recently bought the nikon d3100 and i'm still getting used it it, the other day i was out taking photos and wanted to look back at them on my laptop. However, when i put the sd card(4gb) in it said it needed formating, and i knew that meant erasing everything.

So i figured there's be some wiz programme which would help me get the photos off it so i left it for now, just tried my (2gb) one and it says the same thing. There's nothing on this card so i clicked 'format' and it said 'unable to complete format' so i looked up how to do it in my camera, and i did it.

But it's still coming up when i put it into the laptop.
And i have used this 4gb card before, when i first bought the camera i took a few test shots of my dog on that card and it worked fine then.

Does anyone know what's going wrong?

Only for those who have Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VR lens?

This question is only for those photogs who own a Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 VR lens: does your lens make a kind of rattling/shaking noise inside the camera down near the base when you shake/move the lens? It sounds like something is loose, even though it is new. I wonder if it is the VR component itself, or if there is another problem. Thanks!
Added (1). I appreciate a wisecrack as much as the next guy, but your comment utterly missed my point.As I was handling my lens normally, I noticed the rattling noise as I rotated it. After all, we don't always keep lenses stationary, do we? It's not like I am standing there shaking it like a musical instrument.
