Can DXO Mark be relied upon as being truthful and unbiased?

I suspect there is a bias toward Nikon in the test results ??

“Nikon D7000 - Japan or Malaysia?

I am trying to buy a camera I found thru an online store. We got a call back and they asked if we wanted to spend (roughly) 200$ more for one that was made in the factory in Japan and carries an actual Nikon warranty vs this one which was made in Malaysia and the warranty is only good thru this store. Thoughts?
Added (1). I guess I didn't give all the info either.the $200 wasn't just for the Japanese model it also included a 5 hour battery and a charger as well.

I want to buy my second digital camera. Need some help guys.?

I am planning to buy a new digital camera and i am getting confused a lot.My budget is below Rs. 9000. I have narrowed it down to three of them.
1. Sony Dsc-w690
2. Sony Dsc-wx50
3. Nikon S5200

I would really like your help guys. Any more suggestions in this price range is welcome.

Nikon film camera help?

My uncle's friend gave me his Nikon N75 35mm film camera because he no longer care for film, and I'm interested in film. I don't want to ask him help don't ask why. I know digital because I had a nikon t3, but I'm cluless once it comes to film. Since I can't view the pictures I took like on a digital camera what can I do? How do I upload film pictures unto my computer and photoshope them? I would like to share my artwork online, but without the usb cord access I'm clueless. Must I always have to develop them and then scan them unto my pc? Please go into details. I love photography I even love film photography so please help me understand this simple concepts

Is there any software that can be used to remotly controll my nikon d3100 with my laptop?

I want to be able to control the shutter/aperture etc from my laptop and also have a preview of the viewfinder onscreen.i have seen this done by others but dont know how to do it myself or if it is possible with a d3100

How does Nikon distribute its cameras to consumers?

Are there any special considerations like wrapping them in bubblewrap to protect them? This is for a presentation on them but I can't find any information on the internet.

Will lenses that work on a D3000 fit a D7000?

I have a nikon D3000 and have two lenses for it, one is a AF-S DX NIKKOR ED 55-200mm 1:4-5.6G

and the other is a 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6G VR

i am now looking to buy a D7000 and was wondering if these lenses would also work on the D7000

Can an amateur / novice use the Nikon D7100? - 1

My nephew is a beginner to the world of photography, and although he is passionate he is also quite green

he is saving up to buy a quote "killer camera" and is focused on the Nikon d7100

i have suggested a more intermediate camera until he gets the hang of it but he insists on an upper level dslr

can a novice / amateur get much use out of such a high end expensive camera?
