Battery Life - Nikon J1?

I have had my camera and this battery for about a year and a half. I bought an extra battery by Wasabi Power. However, upon using it after it was fully charged it drained out within 5 minutes. I know that this battery drains out even after not having it plugged in.Is this a common issue? Anyone know what is wrong? Oh and the battery is supposed to last 150 shots. Thank you so much!!!

i am looking for some good quality prime lens mostly for some portraits and street style photos..Which one of nikon 55m f1.8 vs 35 mm f1.8? would you reccommend?

I have a nikon d3100 which is a crop sensor camera.

Idont want to stay with my kit lens cause im looking for a lens with wider aperture

Canon T3 vs Canon T3i?

I am looking for an introductory DSLR camera. A lot of these are really nice. Was looking into the Nikon D3100 however, heard a lot about a glitch with ISO settings causing pictures to come out grainy. I found the Canon T3 and seems to be what I am looking for, however people complained that the photo quality wasn't as good as on the T3i.As I said, I am a novice, would mostly be using this for vacations, special occasions, some every day, etc. If I do prints they're going to be 4x6 or a bit larger. Would you recommend that I went with either of these, and why? Thank you.

Im about to buy a DSLR camera and im not sure which one?

Ok so I have been wanting to get into photography for a while and now I have finally saved up enough money. The two cameras i have been looking at are the nikon d3200 and the nikon d5100 I have actually held the d3200 but not the 5100 Im not sure which to choose and I would like some of your opinions. Any help would be great!

Canon 35mm film camera help?

Hi i am a nikon user but i am getting a canon of some guy for free he said it was 36mm fil but i new he meant 35 but he said it was the canon 50d and that is a digital one so can any one tell m what model it could be please

Why does the Nikon D3100 not show a live review of my photo before I take it?

Alright, so my girlfriend got a new camera today, it's a Nikon D3100, and even though I own a Canon, I thought I'd help her learn how to use it. I've shown her everything, except when we try to take a photo in manual mode in the live view (LCD screen) the image wont change when you raise or lower the shutter or apperture.or anything really.

It basically just wont change what the image looks like on-screen no matter what settings you change. The only way you know what the image will look like is if you actually take a photo.

My question: How do you fix this? The canon does this automatically.

Nikon D90 Recording Problem?

When I would record video with my camera after 45 seconds of it recording video it would just stop recording, I looked at the settings in my camera and they are fine, the battery life is perfect and my camera is only 4 years old.
