Nikon d3200 battery life problem?

I have got a nikon d3200 from 2 days. I charged it in the first time for about 2 hours but it didnt take more than 80 shots using the viewfinder and about 30% of them using flash. And the same in the 2nd time!

Is a Nikon D3100 compatible with a Opteka 6.5mm Fisheye?

Just curious as I'm considering saving up for them and I want to be sure that they're compatible.
If not, could you list some alternatives?
