Best digital camera for under $350?

I want one of those digital cameras like the Nikon D3200, or Nikon J1.
I want something that shoots HQ 1080p videos, and takes high resolution pictures. I don't want anything over $350. The cheaper the better! I don't need anything professional, as I'm just interested in amateur-ish photography and filmography.

Need help deciding on a scope for my Savage .22-250?

I have a Savage .22-250 and need a scope upgrade. I am trying to decide whether to get a Nikon Monarch 4-16x42mm or a Nikon Coyote Special 4.5-14x40 BDC Predator Rifle Scope. The difference is about a hundred bucks. Need some info/suggestions to help make my decision. I'll be using the gun for coyotes, groundhogs, and target shooting. Would like something able to reach out between 300 and 400 yards just for fun when target shooting, as most of my hunting shots are only between 100-300 yards Thanks for the help, God Bless!

My Nikon 5100 won't turn on at all?

I have had this camera for a year now and it always worked fine. I used it for the holidays and all. I charge it completely last week and when I turned it on today it was dying.So, I plugged in the charger and it wouldn't charge at all. Only the green light would flash indicating that the memory card is in. The camera would say shutter disabled due to low baterry etc. Then it died completely it would not turn on at all and the green light doesn't even show no more. I switched chargers to see if that would work and no dice. I left it plugged in the whole night and still nothing. Has anyone here had similiar problems? even with a different camera. I'm going to take it to a store and check if they can deal with it, but I was wondering if anyone knows or thinks what could be wrong with it.anyways thanks

Can you use a Yongnuo yn-568ex on a Nikon d70s?

I wanted to know if this flash supports HIGH SPEED SYNC on this camera? I like shooting family portraits outside but hate the look without fill in flash. Anybody know?
Added (1). By the way, the flash DOES support high speed sync. I just need to know if the camera can use the function and go up to the 1/8000

Can I do eyepiece projection astrophotography on an dobsonian telescope?

I have an Orion XT8 and was wanting to do a little photography. I have a Nikon 5100 DSLR. I know the dobsonians are not meant for this but I have seem many people have success with non deep space objects. I have also heard that the dobsonian telescope may not accommodate the eyepiece projection method. Nikon 1 J1 Flash stopped working?

I purchased a Nikon 1 J1 camera for Christmas and was taking photos at a Christmas gathering when the flash suddenly stopped working.It was only the second time I used the camera. I cannot find any setting or function that would cause this. Anybody have an answer?

DSLR camera speedlites work in camera's auto mode?

I am looking for a cheaper priced speedlite that will fully work on my nikon d3000. I notice that NEEWER TT560 looks good, but that it will only work in my camera's MANUAL mode… are there any affordable speedlites that will work in the camera AUTO mode or am I doomed to work in M mode if I get a speedlite of any kind… unless I spared an arm and a leg to get a more expensive kind… thanks in advance.

Nikon camera lena broken with black piece inside lens, fix?

My camera fell and the lens is the only part that is hurt. Inside the lens, there is a black piece that was once secure and is supposed to be connected near the opening in the lens but it is now inside and loose and wiggling inside the lens. I can't focus or zoom and everything is blurry. How do I fix this?

Im new to Nikon and looking for a zoom lens for my new d3200.was hoping to find a used one. I want a 70-300mm.Is there other brands that would fit?

Cheap places to get Nikon Nikkor DSLR lens's?

Hi---
So recently I made the step into DSLR photography and I love it! However, I have a question. Now don't get me wrong, I knew in my fullest capacity that a big part of the investment into DLSR photography was going to be the lens's, I mean it's all about the lens's you use these days, but does anybody know a good place to get lens's inexpensively. Now I'm fine with paying the full price, I made the decision to enter the DSLR/ lens world and will stick with it, but just like an online place that does 20% on their products, or something like B&H that has a TRUSTWORTHY used department to help out a little? I am using a nikon camera…

How to connect CF Memory cards to the computer?

I have one in my camera and I need some kind of USB adapter or anything so I can upload photos to the computer.

The camera is Nikon and the computer is Apple.

I'm sure you know the answer I just can't find one.

Lens for d3100 pics for blurry background?

I have the basic 18 -55 mm lens that came with the camera
And i want a lens that can zoom and nore than that i want a lens that can give photos like the main subject in focus is clear and rest all background is blurred.
I know for that i need a small F number and focal length >70 mm i suppose
The lens i have is f/3.5
And the lens i considered is 55-300mm nikon
But it has the range f/4-5.6
So f/3.5 better than f/4 for blurry pics but when i increase the focal length like 125mm the f number will also increase so is the 55-300 nikOn going to give great blurry background pics?
Or any other lens (tell )
Also tamaron and sigma have the same focal length range 55-300 with f/3.5 and is cheaper too
So is there a difference in qualities of nikon vs tamaron or sigma ?? How much diff?
And is the tamaron f/3.5 better than nikon f/4 for 55-300 mm range and blurry background pics ?
