Where can I get a cheap and decent brand DSLR camera?

First of all, I wan't it to shoot video so it has to do that. Second, my budget is $250-$300. I really don't want to get a Fujifilm so try not to reply about that brand. Is there anywhere i can get a good, DSLR, video recording camera? Preferably Nikon, Canon, or Sony. Thanks!

Why is my film turning out like this?

My stepdad just gave me an older 35mm camera, Nikon EM. I am not sure how to use it very well. I have had 3 rolls of film developed so far and most of my film comes back like this. What am I doing wrong? No. My finger is not over the lens. The pictures that do turn out (usually only 4 or 5 out of a 24 roll film), they are blury. I adjusted the zoom to make it clearer and I have a tripod to help reduce shake.

Also, what is a good site to help me become more familiar with my camera?

Which camera lens should I take with me?

I'm going to England next month and I wanna take my Nikon D3200 and one lens with me because I don't wanna carry two. I only own two lenses, both are Nikon, one is 18-55 and the other one is 55-200. Which one should I take for taking pictures of sights, landscapes and also people? Please don't tell me which one is better for sights and which for people because I really want to know which one to take. I know that there are better lenses than these that have the benefits of both but I don't wanna buy a new one.
I'm also looking for recommendations for a light camera bag for the Nikon D3200 that only fits one camera lens + the camera in. An Amazon link would be very nice as well. (You don't need to recommend something to answer this question.)

Does my Nikon D40 pictures seem so sharp?

my first camera was a Nikon D3100. The kit lens seemed like crap, and I could never get sharp pictures from it.
