Nikon 1J1 showing Lens Error: Contacts a Nikon-authorized service center?

I don't get how this happened. I didn't drop the camera or do anything to the lens. I had just finished filming a video when this message popped up. I was zooming in on something (gently as I always do) and the message just popped up and wont go away! I've tried removing the lens and leaning it, turning the camera off and back on and removing the battery and SD card. No matter what I do the message pops up every time I turn on the camera. Does anyone know why this popped up and how/if i can fix it at home? I bought this camera when they first came out so it was really expensive but I really dont have the money to have it repaired now. :( help!

Which type of lens is better for handheld low light photography?

I am looking for lenses for my DSLR to upgrade from my kit lens so that I can improve image quality on my trip to Disneyland, especially in low light conditions since my fastest lens is f/3.5 (18-55mm kit lens). I am trying to decide whether it would be better to get an f/2.8 lens with image stabilization or an f/1.8 lens without image stabilization (the specific lenses are the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 and the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8). I plan to use the lens without a tripod as much as I can, especially on dark rides. Would I benefit more from the image stabilization or the wider aperture? I have a Nikon D3000, so anything above ISO1600 is out of the question, and anything above ISO800 looks terrible.

What to bring to a concert?

I'm going to a One Direction/5SOS concert on Thursday. (Please don't judge me based on who I'm seeing. I get that not everyone likes One Direction but it's my music taste. Not yours.)

What should I bring besides posters? And what shouldn't I bring? It's from 7:00-11:30 and I'm thinking of bringing a professional camera (Nikon T3I). I looked at the official Lincoln Financial Field website and I didn't see any guidelines/rules for concerts, only football games. Any and all answers are greatly appreciated! (:
Added (1). Oops - not a Nikon T3I, a CANON T3I.

Why do I think 640x480 image size enough?

Am I the only person who thinks 640x480 image size is enough? I occasionally take print out of the images at 6x4 and it looks quite good. Then why did the camera manufactures always tells that we need atleast 12 mp (4000x3000) for our normal use. And now they even promote 16 mp point and shoot camera.

It is all marketing hipe?

The screen on my camera cracked?

So about a week ago I left my brand new camera in the car got back in and me and my friends were sitting in the back seat with it I think one of us might have sat on it or something but I turned it on and it shows nothing but I still takes pictures and if I take out the ad rad and hook it up to my computer it shows the pictures fine. Im considering getting it fixed but I don't want get the screen replaced and pay for it then after realize that it's still broken. Do you think that if it still takes picture that it will still work like new when I get it fixed? Also it's a Nikon l320
