Do they use Casio Exilim? If not what kind of photos do you take with this camera?

Should I exchange my Sony a3000 for a Nikon D3200?

I've got a Sony a3000. I know it's not a real DSLR, just has the DSLR body.

I have a chance to exchange it for a Nikon D3200, and I would have to pay $100.00 towards the Nikon.

I'm ONLY looking at these 2 cameras, please do not suggest other cameras, please.

Sony NEX-3NL or Nikon D3100?

Hi! So I am planning on buying a camera and am torn between these two. I would be using the camera for portraits, travelling, landscapes, nature and such. I would appreciate any helpful comments from people who know more about this area than me, so please help. :)

Nikon D5100 Sleep Mode?

I have a Nikon D5100 and I've tried setting it up for silly little photobooths at parties with a remote and it's been a hit, but after a while of inactivity the camera goes into sleep mode and the remote is then shut off so then I have to go reset it up for the remote.

Is there anyway to keep it connected to the remote or even a way to turn off the sleep mode? I have another party tomorrow and was hoping to get this settled so I don't have to worry about it.

Photography: Resizing Images?

I'm a photographer, and I shoot with a Nikon D800. I use Lightroom 4 and I put all of my clients images on a disc for them. I don't know anything about resizing images before I put them on a disc, or what I should resize them to. I've had several clients tell me the images looked fine on their computer, but were blurry when they went to print them out. I've told ALL my clients to go to www.mpix.com but some refused and went about their business and printed them out at Walmart, CVS, etc. After I explained to them about how places like that can mess with the quality of the photo. Anyway, my question is, what should the image sizes be when you put them on a disc, and also when you put them on Facebook? Thanks in advance!

Engagement photo shoot: is a 50mm f/1.8 enough?

Hi, I'm gonna be doing my first engagement photo shoot. I don't have pro equipment I just have an APS-C 24MP DSLR with the kit lens (18-55mm) and I bought a Nikon 50mm f/1.8.

Do you think that would be sufficient? Any good advice? They wanna be shooting at sunrise, outdoor.

Note that I'm gonna be charging $20/hr so they are obviously not expecting award winning pictures even if I'll try my best!

Does a Nikon FG work without batteries?

I've just gotten my dads nikon FG out of the attic and hooked it up with some film and batteries. I set it up all ready for the first photo, but wasn't ready to shoot anything yet so I took the batteries out. I was fiddling around looking through a lens while the batteries were out and pressed the caption button (unaware of correct term for that) and it took a photo! I was unaware this could happen. Does it need batteries at all?

Can't change exposure compensation?

Just got a Nikon P520, but I am unable to change the exposure compensation while in Manual mode. All of the pics are turning out very dark since I changed the setting earlier yet now I can't change it. Any suggestions?

Do you need an expensive camera to take decent looking photos?

I want to take some great photos to put online to sell clothing but I can't afford an expensive camera. Can I take decent photos with a cheaper camera?

Added (1). Can anyone recommend a cheaper camera that would be good for this purpose like selling stuff on Ebay?
