My lens won't autofocus anymore?

I have a 50mm 1.8G on my Nikon D7000, it used tl AF without issues and now all of a sudden it stopped, I slightly press the button and it doesn't do anything… manual focus works right whatsoever.

Which camera lens would be best for me?

I'm receiving a second camera lens as a gift from a family member and I don't know which one to choose. I have a Nikon D3100 and the standard 18-55mm lens at the moment. I would prefer a zoom lens, but then the other thing to consider is I'm taking a trip to China with my school in about 6 months and I don't know what lens I would take. I couldn't spend all my time swapping between lenses, but a 18-105mm or a 16-85mm lens is unfortunately out of my price range. Since its a gift from someone I don't know too well I don't want them to have to spend outrageous amounts. The one I was originally thinking of is the 55-200mm lens, but then there's the whole changing lens thing.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what lens to go for? It needs to be $250AUD or less preferably, a tiny bit over could be fine.are there any screw on zoom attachments to my original lens that could do the job? Thank you :)

My Nikon D70 won't take a photo?

When I take a normal picture of something it will take the photo. But if I take a picture of a table or something down it will just adjust the focus and won't take the photo. I know sometimes this happens when you are zoomed it, but I'm not. What do I do? Thanks :)

I am trying to take a picture in the dark without a flash and it doesnt work. When i turn on the light, in P mode it works without a flash but then when i turn off the light it won't take the picture. How can i fix this? Thanks :)

How to open raw (video) files from a nikon d3200?

Hi!

My computer is really old and so are the software installed on it. I recently got the nikon d3200, which I absolutely love in case you are wondering.
Last thursday I filmed some videos with it and now I want to edit them on my computer.
The program I want to use is Pinnacle Studio 9 (yes, studio 9, I know), but it doesn't open them!
I already converted the files to.avi, but it still doesn't work!
Movie Maker also does not work, something about codecs or something.

Could you please help me out? I'm really frustrated over here!

I just got Nikon d5100 and 18-55 lens, it is my first camera! So I have no knowledge in that field. What my next lenses should be? I only know I'm not interested in telephotos. Maybe micro, or just better lenses, some suggestion and information would be sooooo appreciated.

How to focus with Nikon D5100?

A lot of tutorials I'm reading talk about focusing.Am I missing something? Doesn't it auto focus? The lens just zooms in & out.

Why does my video stop all of a sudden on my d7000?

Sometimes when I'm recording Full HD video with my Nikon D7000 it only records for about 30 seconds and then just says 'video recording has stopped unexpectedly'. Something like that anyway.
Does anyone know why? I'm using a Panasonic SDHC 8GB class 10 card with read 90, write 25mb/s.
It doesn't do it all the time. For instance I just recorded a 2 min. Clip.No issues.
Does anyone know why it would be doing this? Or has it happened to you?

Oh and Jim A, before you say "Read your manual" I have read it.
Added (1). I do have a SanDisk Extreme class 10 45mb/s card as well and its a 16GB. Picked that baby up for about $35 on sale at best buy. I have that in my #1 slot for pictures and the panny card in #2 slot for video. Maybe I should switch them. Thanks guys.
