What shutter speed to use to minimize hand-held camera shake?

I'm hand-holding my Nikon D3100(18-55mm VR lense) in place where there is plenty of light.

Selling my current equipment wondering what a good price is?

Ok so I have a Nikon D3200 I bought for $550, the 18-55 kit which sell for $100 new, a Sigma 70-300 F/4.5-5.6 DG OS which I bought for $200, and a Nikkor 35mm F/1.8 which I got for $200, plus a $100 camera bag. I want to sell it all fast so I can buy a Canon 7D which I find for around $700 but I'm not sure if that's a good price to sell my stuff for. I'm ok with spending a little for the 7D and a lens! So basically what would you guys be happy with spending my my current equipment? Thank you!

P.S. The Body only has about 1000 shots on it with probably half on the 18-55 kit lens and the other lenses probably all have about the same so about 250 or so each! Thanks again!

Nikon DSLR.I'm getting some moire while capturing photos from my laptop screen.Help?

Is this normal? I just bought a NIKON D5200… Is the camera defective? Or is it just a defect of all dslrs?

Counterfeit cameras. New York electronic stores?

So I am currently in time square. On every block there is an electronic store. (By electronics I mean they also sell luggage, and NYC souvenirs. )

These aces have real looking cannon and Nikon DSLRs. Which I am currently in the market for.

They look real. And there are so many of these shops. Are the cameras phony?

For the price discount, should I buy?

Nikon D5100 Camera flasher tube(bulb) replacement?

i want to replace the built in flash tube(bulb) of my nikon D5100 Camera. I couldn't find that bulb i asked for that bulb from a seller and he sed me that the bulb of D90 camera is The same one. If i use that one is that will be a problem for my camera?

i have a Nikon d5300 and i mistakenly bought the AF 50mm 1.8D, so i can't autofocus with it:( is there any way that i can purchase so it'll autofocus?

Sony SLT-A58K vs Nikon d3100? Which DSLR for video?

My primary use for it is Youtube videos. It needs to be good at shooting with a nice blurred background. Image quality isnt all that important as I wont be using it that much. Which camera is better for Video?

Photography logo designs?

Hey, guys. I'm an amateur photographer in need of a logo for my pictures. I've been taking regular sunsets and scene shots on a basis, and have been suggested to buy a professional camera. The Nikon D3100 suits my budgit so far. But before I start taking pictures with it, with some studying and practicing, of course, I would like to have a logo that I could add to them.
Does anyone knows a simple, but yet, advanced software, website, program, etc. That can do so?
Nothing fancy. Like this: TC (my name), and "photography" under it.
Something like in script that would make it seem like the 'T' and the 'C' kind of joins together…
P.S. I'm adding a sample that I've been messing around with.
Any help or volunteers would be highly appreciative.
