What other companies made Nikon Lens?
My uncle gave up his D700 for me because he got a better camera. The problem I had when I got it was that I didnt have a lens, my uncle wanted to keep his lens. My other uncle is also crazy about photography, he has 7 great lens at home. Each of them cost a fortune. I asked if I can borrow one of his lens, he gave up his Sigma lens to me. I have never heard of Sigma, but that lens works so great on my camera. From there, I wonder what other companies made lens for Nikon. Is it worth it to buy those lens?

Is it worth the money to switch cameras?
Currently, I own and operate a sony dslr A330. I've had it for about five or so years now, and I've been thinking about switching to a Nikon D3300. I was just wondering if it was worth it to switch cameras and how much better the nikon is when compared to the sony.

Nikon D80 error message - err [r15]?
I get this message on my camera and it doesn't let me do anything, for example: take pictures or pop the flash up. Changing the mode doesn't help. I don't know how to fix it, and I cannot get rid of it. Any help? Thanks!

I've been wanting to buy a new camera and I came across two different one that I would like to buy but, i dont know which. I just need some clarification on which one has better quality for video. Me and my friends are starting a youtube, and we need a good and cheap camera to start off with.

What to take pictures of? - 1
I just got a really nice digital camera yesterday, a Nikon D3300. I love photography, but I don't know what to take pictures of. I only have a few ideas but they aren't really unique: plants, people, close-ups. I need a better variety of options! Please make a list of things that you think would be nice to take pictures of, and even some ideas on what you would want to see pictures of! Thank you! :)

What camera is good for public pranks?
I'm looking for a camera in the 400-500$ range as I am not that rich and I will still need to buy other equipment along with that. There's a few sony, Nikon, and Canon that are around 400-500 $ are these video cameras at least decent enough for some nice public pranks. I know zoom is very important for these types of bids. Thanks

Added (2). Also, I'm new to film cameras. I'm going off by what I've read and seen. I'll be okay learning basics with a cheaper, used camera.
