Would it be reliable to buy this camera?

I wanna buy a dslr camera… i actually don't have much money and can't only give 450… the thing is that i saw a professional nikon camera on ebay with all the accessories, including a 28-80mm lens and a 70-300mm lens… and the charger, the bags, the tripod and everything else the only thing is that it has been previously used but in the description it says it is working and with zero defect…
my question is… should i buy it or just get something that cannot be that good but new? suggestions will be accepted

Hd camera isn't working?

I have a Nikon D5000 and when i take a video with it and upload it to my computer it says that the video is 720p but it looks more like 480p or 360p. I use iMovie as well.
Can someone please help me fix this problem.

Will this lens work with a Nikon FG?

Depth of field not working?

I have a Nikon D7000 paired up with a Nikkor 50mm 1.4 lens and I was finally ready to tackle understanding the dept of field but it doesn't seem to work? Is it the lens that doesn't really show the full effect?
Added (1). I can't show you samples if i don't really know what im supposed to be looking for. I guess that's what i'm also wondering, what am i looking for?
I only asked this question because i did read that depending on what your focusing on can make it come out differently.

Confused between Nikon D5200 and Sony SLT A58?

Hello everyone,
I'm a beginner in photography and looking for a nice entry level camera. I am very technical so I did plenty of research on internet about DSLR cameras and initially finalized D5200 by Nikon but I also like the Sony STL A58.

I like in A58:-
1. Can be charged via any USB power supply
2. I like the flip out screen of A58
3. Inbuilt stabilization and AF motor (not required to buy techie lens like of nikon AF/VR)

Since I've no experience in photography the following points are confusing me:-
1. A58 is 10% lesser in image quality than D5200
2. Its 20mp approx so 20% lesser in resolution than D5200(I can accept it if the overall output is as good as of Nikon D5200.)
3. Low light performance is not good as of D5200 (around 40% of difference) but its still better than entry level Canon.

Please help me with this, I can only accept if A58 if the image quality is approximately or similar to D5200, the other feature of A58 attracting me with its cheaper price
