I just bought a Nikon 1J1, primarily for making videos.My sister wanted to be helpful and bought me some lenses she found on eBay. I just received them today but I have no idea how to use them, as the attachment does not fit on my camera.

Is the whole point of these lenses to remove the Nikon 1's lens mount via screwdriver and then attach the new lens? These are cheap so they are off-brand.My brother says removing the lens mount will not be hard to put back on and it will cause minimal damage as long as I am careful with the glass.
