Are pictures like in my sample edited by Photoshop or can these be natural?

Are pictures like in my sample edited by Photoshop or can these be natural? - 1

Added (2). I myself have a Nikon D5200 amateur camera, but I was wondering, while I would make such a picture like below, it won't come out the way it shows here. Do they use certain camera settings or is this sort of 'grey' effect all photoshop?
