Buying cameras from store or online?

There a camera I want to buy, the Nikon D3300 and I have two options:

1, online which is $510 plus $50 delivery, total or $560

https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/nikon-d3300-dslr-af-s-dx-nikkor-18-55mm-f35-56g-vr-ii-lens-kit-black/

2, Physical store $600

There is a $40 difference which can buy me a lens filter. But what about warranty, I head Kogan does grey imports and does not have a Aus Nikon warranty. So is it worth buying in store or online?
Added (1). Also the store gives you more colors, red, grey, black. While only the black color is available online.
