Transferring DSLR memory card to another?

From my friend's SD card, I transferred our school project's videos and photos to my own SD card, it was successfully copied but when I inserted my memory card back to my Canon DSLR and scanned the files, only the photos can be seen not the videos. Though when I connect the memory card to the computer I can see the videos saved in the SD card.

What can I do? I need to have a copy of the videos, I should be able to watch the videos in my camera.

P.S
If this helps, my friend owns a Nikon and I own a Canon, I transferred the files from her Nikon's memory card to my Canon's.

I found a Nikon D series camera and its for 1 dollar and i think its pretty cheap.is it a scam? like will they just send me a box? or maybe a broken camera? please help me guys

What lense can I get?

Camera body or Lens problem?

I have Nikon D5100 with 50mm prime and 18-105 VR lens. Whenever I take a picture, the subject (my girlfriend who has long legs, slim) looks short or sometimes she looks normal.Is it because of the focus point. Are there any reference point where the picture will look lean and slim. Or should I just switch to full frame camera.

Please advice.

I dropped my AF-S DX NIKKOR G VR 18-55mm lens. Is it worth it to get it repaired?

When I attach the lens to my camera, it is open/not attached on the one side. The lens only focuses when zoomed in, and even then only focuses the one side of the image. When I shake it gently, I can hear a rattling, and when it's autofocusing it makes a crunching noise.

Should I just buy a new lens, or would it be worth it/cheaper to get it repaired?

Cf and sd card in d300s?

Hello all, I am planning on setting up my nikon d300s with raw+jpg basic.My idea would be to have both cf and sd cards in the camera at the same time and save the raw file to the cf card and the jpg to a eye-fi sd card. This way i can have my laptop open and see the jpg pics right away on my laptop as i take the pics and have the raw copied to the cf card for later downloading. I would delete the jpg and only keep the raws. The jpgs is just so that i can preview the images right away on my laptop screen. Does anyone see a problem with this setup? Would the buffer clear slower in my camera cause it has to write 2 images to 2 different cards? thanks

How to get better photos with my Nikon D3100?

I have a lot of trouble getting nice sharp photos with my camera. Auto focus works for still objects usually, but isn't quite as precise as I would like.My biggest issue is with action shots though. I take photos of horseback riding, especially jumping.It is very hard to get photos right as the horse leaves the ground, so I often focus on the jump and wait for the horse to get closer. This works great on my parent's digital camera, but I haven't yet figured out all of the details of my new SLR.My photos often turn out blurry, unfocused, or dull and dark. What are the best settings for my camera when taking these kind of action shots, and how do I set them? Thank you to anyone who can help me1

I have a bestfriend channel that I share with my besfriend & he has a main channel and I wanna make one too and he;s one that doesn't give a *** about what anyone says! Me and him really wnna be famous soon you know, go to vidcon & everything! Just become youtube famous. But I don't want anyone at school finding my videos and idk, should I?
