I've been looking everywhere for an answer to this, but I can't find anything. Is it even possible to do long exposures with the D5200? And by long exposures, I mean 15-30 minutes-long. Is there a setting for it? I tried using the bulb mode with my remote (wr-r10/wr-t10), but the shutter still closes after only 60 seconds. So, if this is possible, please let me know how!
(Also, I have a D80 that I don't use much anymore. If it isn't possible to do very long exposures with the D5200, would it be possible with the D80?)
Thanks in advance!

Travel Lens for Haiti Trip?!
I'm going to Haiti on a missions trip in a couple of months and I'm bringing my camera with me. I was wondering what a good lens would be to bring since I don't really want to deal with multiple lenses, changing them and cleaning out dust and dirt. Does anyone know of any lenses that I could get for relatively cheap that would work for portraits and wider angle shots? I use a Nikon D3100 and right now I'm stuck using the kit lens which is 18-35 and a telephoto 55-200. I have a budget of about $300.00, maybe a bit more if it is absolutely necessary.
Thanks!

Opinions on my photography? - 1
Now before I start I want to make one thing clear, I'm not trying to promote myself or attempt to increase my followers like many do on here which is a rather pathetic way of going about it. My aim is to receive some constructive criticism as opposed to praise, though if you do have any compliments they too will be more than welcome:) I'm pretty confident in that my photography is decent and I feel I'm at the stage that I have little more to learn in terms of how to use a camera but my expertise is limited when it comes to lighting and perhaps even composing. I use a Nikon D800 aswell as a D700 with the following Nikkor lenses, 24-70 f2.8, 12-24 f4, 105 f2.8 and quite a number of AIS lenses which I use almost as often as the G lenses. I'm a cinematographer at heart but only recently acquired the means to shoot video when the D800 came into my possession. The only reason I have this incredibly expensive equipment is due to the fact my Mum is a photographer and recently I figured if I have this sort of equipment so readily available I would be mad not to learn photography for myself and now I would say I am very experienced with how to use these devices, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance etc I am more than familiar with.
So have a look at my Instagram 'samrielly' (I know the pictures are very small and the compression is horrendous but I pick my best images to put on there whereas on Flickr I put just about everything.)
Added (1). Alternatively look at my Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/92680644@N08/with/14009262751
Or one of my videos,
Don't worry it's not real coke XD
btw my instagram shots tend to get a lot darker and less punchy but more moody and sincere most recently so also have a look down the line where they are more colourful, it happens pretty abruptly haha
Added (2). P.S. I use Lightroom very extensively for the majority of my shots.
Added (3).
haha sorry one more, the first one I feel is better but this one has much more diversity in it's shots and lighting etc.

Low end full frame or high end crop sensor for a beginner?
Trying to get my head around this but I just can't.First off I am beginner. I have a point to shoot and I've been always praised for the pics I shoot.I've shot birthday parties and few Christening party of my cousins, newborns pics. I will most probably do a portrait and fashion photography course. In addition to that i will be doing some low lights and a bit video. I won't be changing my gear or glasses for at least 2 years or 3.Apart from the money for the body that is $1700-$1800, I have $1000-$1200 separate for lenses and other accessories. The big hurdle which i am stuck on is should I go for a low end full frame or high end crop sensor.Low end full frame Nikon D610 or Canon 6D.High end crop sensor Nikon D7100 or Canon 70d.Want advice from someone experienced. Thanks

Why won't my S360 nikon camera focus during videos?
I just recently bought a (used) s360 nikon camera in a perfect condition. I don't think its broken, I just think that I don't know how to use it. I can focus perfectly in a picture but in a video its hard to focus up close and it's frustrating. I know to focus you have to half press the shutter button but I hold it and keep doing it over and over and it doesn't focus. The manual says the exact same thing to half press it but it doesnt do ANYTHING. I would like SOMEBODY WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH CAMERAS, especially nikon, to help me instead of someone randomly guessing. You're not getting 10 points by simply telling me to read the manual or call the company. Thanks! :

Analog look alike digital cameras?
So I'm using digital and analog cameras as well, but I like the classic look of old cameras more. I recently saw a few digital cameras (like Leicas, Nikon Df, Minox cameras) which look like old ones, but are very expensive. So can you tell me some, which look like an old rangefinder (or SLR, but I prefer rangefinders) and have an affordable price?

Nikon d90 telephoto lens?
Hi all!
I have a nikon d90 and have recently found interest in taking pictures of moon, but my current lens cant even get close enough for me to continue taking pictures. I did some research and i know I need a telephoto lens, but I have no idea what kind of lens is compatible with my camera body. Can any of you recommend a beginner telephoto lens?
Thanks in advance!

Trouble opening JPG?
I've recently taken photo's with my Nikon D3200 camera in the setting FINE. But when I went to open them on my computer a message came up saying could not open file because it may be damaged, corrupt or to large. I really need these photo's and it won't let me view them any more on my camera. Is there anything I can do or any setting I can change to be able to view and edit them?

Nikon s6800: can't do burst shooting?!
Does anyone own this camera who can help me figure out burst shooting a.k.a continuous shooting? I looked in the manual many times, I tried googling and going through the settings but still… Nothing. I also tried holding down the shutter button and I changed the auto focus mode to AF-F Full time AF instead of AF-S Single AF. I don't know what to do. I'll give 10 points if you help me.
