I'm looking for a cheap camera. Suggestions?

I'm looking for a fairly cheap (£100-200ish, on Amazon) DSLR camera that's fairly easy to use. I have been looking for a camera for ages but haven't seem to have found the right one. I want some kind of video recording on it too. I'm probably asking way too much, but I've looked at a few, such as the Nikon D3100 and the Canon SX 40 HS. Does anyone recommend these or have any other suggestions of cameras that are similar to these?

Best lens for plane spotting?

I'm getting a Nikon D3300 for plane spotting and I'm getting so confused with about 2 million Amazon search results for a Nikon lens. Which one should I get? I've seen the really bad zoom on the stock 18-55mm and I'm looking for a great zoom lens that's under $200. Please help!

Tips for plane spotting equipment?

So for promotion I'm getting a new camera (most likely a Nikon D3300) and I'd like to know what kind of equipment I'll need when plane spotting. This includes lenses, lens hood, all those other items. I love my current camera but when I'm plane spotting at sunset my shots get ruined by noise and tend to take longer to autofocus. This being said, it would be nice to get a camera that is capable of doing long exposures and taking good night shots. Also, me being an amateur photographer, I'd like to know how I'd be able to take good nightshots with the future camera. Also I appreciate any thoughts on whether this camera is good enough for plane spotting. Also I would draw the budget line at about $600-700. Thanks in advance

Have you bought a generic RX-100 battery and how does it compare with the genuine one?

I've read that some generic ones can actually be as good or even better than the real batteries. Of course im guessing most are not worth it.

Help using interfit light kit ex400 for photos?

Purchased and set-up soft box kit - there are 2 soft boxes, I connected my Nikon d3100 using a hot-shoe, however when I shoot the photo it is very dark. It seems I am missing an important step.
The reason I purchased this was the ease of use I was promised at the photo shop. I am Taking against seamless paper backdrop. I would like to have bright studio- like photos, for my fashion portrait shots.

How to get the perfect color balance on a night shot?

Mhm I am kind of embarrassed to ask that, cause I've been doing photo for a while, but I never really got interested in night photography until now. And now that I try, I really get it bad when it comes to color balance at night.

Does anyone use a Nikon D3200?

I have a little problem with this camera! I got this camera as a birthday gift for my birthday the problem i have is how could i use the eyepiece? Most of the cameras i use i just put my eye by the eyepiece and it works this one it just shows me all black every time i put my eye by it, it doesn't show me a thing can anyone help me with this problem! Please!
