What Nikon lens would be best for me?

Okay this is what I want from a lens. (Plz suggest the cheapest lens possible, if its not cheap, break the news to me slowly… lol)
-Steep depth of field when taking pics of an object from further away without having to zoom in too much
-Wide aperture

Another quick question. Will the ISO menu change on the camera if you change lenses? Or is does the ISO settings just come with the camera? Thank you. Hope I don't sound too amateur lol
