Was looking into getting a camera for my trip very soon, I found an ad via craigslist, the lady says her nikon D40 is brand new and she only turned it on once. I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt but it's hard to believe someone bought a camera brand new and never used it. I want to know is there any possible way to see how many pictures/clicks have been taken with the camera? is there anything in the camera menu or something that would let me know this? or is it just up in the air? Camera experts need your help!
