Which lens should I purchase next?

I recently bought a Nikon d3200 and I'm trying to decide which would be the best lens to purchase next. I obviously have the crappy 18-55mm lens. I will mostly be photographing animals, nature, and landscapes. Which lens would you recommend and where can I purchase it for a good price?

i was surprised given that it is a fixed lens model and has no viewfinder

i know it is full frame and very small but still

Nikon n8008 not taking pictures? Help?!

I just got my Nikon n8008. The film is loaded correctly. And I have tried two different lenses but when I try to take a picture, the LCD screen displays "ERR" and displayed at the bottom of where you look into is displayed "p 30 f4" or "p lo" what does this mean? I don't even know if it's taking my pictures.

Is it better to go for an External Mic or Sound recorder device?(HDSLR)?

I can't actually decide here.
in my case the two that i chose are Rode on-camera Vid mic VS Zoom H1
Both are the same price available for me and i'm stuck here.
The pick-up pattern of the rode is very good and useful
but more control on the voice from the Zoom like level meters or the size of it.
the reason that i don't think that buying the rode mic is that much useful is because
i'm using Nikon D5100 which doesn't have Audio metering bars or Level control
so a Dual system recording for more control is useful here.

I was wondering if the VR of a lens wears out leading to blurry images.

Desperately seeking a replacement camera,which? - 1

I have been to the stores, asked the professionals and still ahve not found that one machine I seek…
Can someone please help?

I am looking to replace an old camera.
I want a digital "bridge" type version
It must have good decent bright lens which is capable of taking shots at a distance and not crating too noise
Excellent ISO ( 100-2600 for example )
EFV ( i travel a lot and like to get close to the subject thru the visor…)
Flip screen ( typical on Canon and Nikon camaras
Not too heavy in weight as I travel for work and pleasure
Between 12 & 20 mega pixels should be enough
My preferred brands ( i currently own a canon Powershot 1 I S which has given me 8 years of excellent pics but uses AAA batteries & has only 6 mpx! )
Canon, Nikon or Lumix with a Leica lens.
I did take a serious look at the powershot g series but the lenses however bright are only X5 in distance, way too short nowadays.
A tall order perhaps?

What should i ask my aunt for?

hi! My aunt (whom i consider is very economically stable ) always asks me if i want anything and i always tell her not to worry that im fine. My 16th birthday is coming up and i really want a nikon d3200 or a canon rebel t3i which are in some ways similar cameras and they are relatively similar as well in the price range. Id say max. 500$ or 600$
she has two sons and one is a college grad and he is working and the other one graduates highschool next year like i do. And she always tells me im like the daughter she never had because she likes to buy me things since she has always bought things for boys.
the thing is i'm really shy when it comes to this like i dont know if i should ask her for this, is it too much to ask for? Should i just ask for something else then. I dont want to bother. Its like i do want the camera but i just am a bit afraid of asking
