I'm just wondering how to get that effect. I do know that I need to turn the shutter speed down but I'm not quite sure how to get the exact effect. I have a Nikon d5100 and a Lumix ft10. I'm 100% sure I can change the shutter speed on the Nikon and I can also set it to 'bulb' setting.
So how do I achieve that exact effect? Step by Step instructions would be nice :)
