Nikon DSLR Shutter disabled, motor not working problem?

I dropped my Nikon D3000 and it says the shutter release button has been disabled. I went to a camera repairshop and the man there said they will just clean the motor and it'll take 45 minutes before my camera gets fixed. 45 minutes has passed and the repairman said the motor isn't working and he'll just call me once it is fixed. He said he may have to replace the motor. It's been 3 days and he hasn't called yet. What should I do and why isn't the motor working? I feel like I'm getting scammed by this repairman.
Added (1). I'm trying to call him and he won't respond to my texts. The shop charged me 35 dollars, they said I'll have to wait 45 minutes. 45 minutes passed and they said the motor is still not working. That was last Friday then they said It will be fixed by Sunday and they will text me once it gets fixed. They told me I will not have to pay for a new motor if needing a new motor is the problem. Sunday came and still no text message.
