How long does it take to ship to oahu from georgia?

Okay so on December 18, 2012 I set a order out on Amazon for a nikon camera from a screen name jayscollegebooks. I bought it from them 'cause his feed back was really good and he 30 100% ratings absolutely no bad ratings. I made sure it wasn't a scam page or anything.
But the delivery estimates were "december 26-January 11" since it's almost the 11th and I still haven't received anything in the mail and it has been 11 buisness days.
I'd like to know if I should cancel or is it just taking long 'cause it' s from Georgia to Oahu?

Where can I register for a warranty for my camera?

Yesterday, I bought the Nikon D5100. The guy at the store said I have to register online to get the 2 year warranty.So of course I went on the site. They didn't have a warranty registration, however they did have a product registration. I signed up for that. But I still don't have a warranty and I don't know where to get one. I'm assuming it's the Nikon site, but they don't have any links or anything.

What should I do?

How to lighten my pictures while using a reversed lens?

I have a Nikon 5100 with a reversed 18-55 lens.

Unfortunately, all of my pictures are coming out dark, however, not black. I have an aperture ring, and the object appears better-lit before the picture.My camera won't let me use my flash because it says "Flash is in TTL mode. Chose another setting or use a CPU lens."

I'm sure this isn't a rare occurrence, but I'd really appreciate it if someone would help me.

How people were able to focus with old film cameras and manual lenses?

Howdy y'all!

I do some video, not much photography. I own Canon 5DII but because lenses are expensive, I have few old Nikkor AIS lenses. Great for video, long focus ring, very fast lenses, great image. I do some photos with them, but it is so hard without autofocus.

How were people doing such amazing photos without autofocus? They couldn't messed up, because of film. Not, I can take 100000 RAW pictures and use only one. I would want to learn how to use my manual lenses for photography with 5DII. Any suggestions?
