I'm using a Nikon D3100 with the Nikkor 50mm 1.8d lens, and the lens won't come off the body!
I don't know if I just got a faulty lens, or if I'm doing something wrong, but I'm removing it in the same way that I've done with all of my other lenses: pressing down the release button and twisting in the direction that brings the two white dots together.It just won't let go, what do I do?
Added (1). I have been trying to get it off the camera for days now, and I haven't been forcing it.
